For the past 15 years I’ve helped companies improve and grow, or create and scale — building hard-won expertise across corporates, scale-ups and early-stage ventures. My sweet spot is complex domains like B2B tech, energy, maritime and climate where stakes are high and the path forward isn’t obvious.
A background across product leadership, strategy, design and venture building lets me bridge research and execution: shaping problems, setting direction, and working side-by-side with designers and engineers, sleeves up, to ship something real that grows.
Recent work includes SaaS product development and venture building for DNV and Wilhelmsen, and business model redesign for Standards Norway.
