Currently as a designer, advisor and Partner at Reodor, I love to lead teams, advise clients and design great stuff that improves the world at least a little – one project at a time.

My training is originally in business development and strategy, and I’ve worked with design and innovation for over a decade. I have an MBA and a masters in service design.

I consider myself a entrepreneur on behalf of my clients and enjoy working in autonomous, small teams to create tangible results at high speed. My approach mixes and matches methods from design, lean startup and business in whatever way fits the problem I need to crack.

Over the last decade years I’ve been lucky to have lead big innovation projects for clients like DNV, Telenor and DNB. I also love teaching, and I’ve made and lead many courses over the years.
